At Eva-Anna Farms, we take pride in the freshness of our farm-to-table products; if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns on opened or temperature-sensitive goods once they have been delivered.
Return Process

Attach clear photos of the product and its packaging, especially if there is visible transit damage or a quality concern.

Our quality assurance team will review your request within 24 hours to determine if a refund or a replacement shipment is appropriate.

Once approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or a fresh replacement will be harvested and shipped at no extra cost.
